Based in Copenhagen and collaborating internationally, I work as a photographer, writer, and editor specializing in visual communication and documentary narratives. My approach combines a background as a travelling photographer, a six-month stint as a swineherd in a faraway desert, the gentle indoctrination I received at the Danish School of Media and Journalism, and over a decade as a creative writer and editor for international clients.

I love how images can convey a certain feeling beyond words and make something abstract seem tangible, just as much as the written word evokes visual landscapes in the mind. Each medium has a great capacity, and storytelling becomes especially impactful when images and words elevate one another. I provide both standalone photography services and complete visual narratives, ensuring that stories maintain their power across print, digital, and gallery spaces.

Working primarily with artists, musicians, and cultural organizations, I tell stories through documentary-style portraits and long-form narratives with a commitment to bringing work into physical spaces where it can be experienced beyond the screen. This also goes the other way around in my interest in giving new life to ‘lost treasures’ through archival work, handling everything from digitization and scanning to preservation.

Whether developing portrait series, music films, reportage, or commercial projects for clients, I focus on crafting narratives where curious exploration and strong journalistic principles are guiding principles and each element strengthens the whole: Stories that resonate both visually and intellectually across different mediums.

Finally (and above all), I'm also a passionate seven-a-side football player, mountain lover and cycling aficionado.

Clients include Louisiana Channel, Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Politiken, Copenhagen University, JazzDanmark, Sundance Records, ROLLINGONTHEGRASS, a multitude of lovely artists and musicians on the Danish jazz scene.
